Himachal Pradesh Board
HPBOSE is the state board has established in the year 1969. Its headquarter was first situated in Shimla and now it is in Dharamshala. The board holds the responsibility of prescribing the syllabus, textbooks, courses of instructions at the state level. Around 8000 schools are affiliated with the board. It also includes a total of 26 book distribution and information centres for the student’s help.

HP Board Class 10th, and 12th Date Sheet
The board conducts the board examinations for classes 8th, 10th, and 12th in the month of March. The candidates who study from the HP Board get the timetable in the month of December. Apart from the regular examinations, the board conducts open school examinations at the state level. However, the HP board's open school examinations are conducted twice a year. One in the month of March and the other in the month of September/ October.

HP Board Class 10 and 12 Admit Card
For the students of secondary and senior secondary, the HPBOSE Board releases the admit card in the month of February. Candidates obtain the admit card online on the official website. To get it from the official website, the candidates need to use their roll number. The students can also collect the HPBOSE Admit Card from their respective schools.
It contains the name of the board, class name, students’ name, roll number of the candidates, date of birth, parent’s name, the date for the exams, exam day, exam timings, exam centre, reporting time, subject details etc. The admit card contains all the important details related to the exams as well as related to the students. Students are required to carry a physical copy of their admit card to the examination hall. Without the admit card students will not be allowed to write exams.

HP Board Class 10 and 12 Result
After the completion of the exams, the HP board declares the result for both classes. For class 10 board exams, the HPBOSE board announces the result in the month of June. For class 12, the board declares the result separately for different streams. It releases the result for Science and Commerce combined while for Arts, the separate result uses to be announced. To check the result, the candidates need to submit the roll number.
HP Board open school results for 8th, 10th, and 12th class students declared in the same way as that of the main examinations. The result of the first session comes in the month of May while the result of the second session comes in the month of December.
