The AIIMS tentative examination calendar lists the INI CET January 2027 result notification for 7 November 2026. The result and candidate score details should be checked through the official AIIMS examination portal and candidate login. The notification schedule may be revised; follow official announcements.

How to check the result

1. Open the result notice on the official AIIMS portal and confirm the January 2027 session.
2. Read whether results are provided as a public merit list, candidate-login scorecard or both.
3. Use the specified candidate credentials to access an individual result or scorecard.
4. Verify your roll number, score/percentile, rank and qualifying status, then save the official document.
5. Follow the applicable institute and AIIMS counselling notices, registration steps and deadlines.

Qualification and validity

Minimum qualifying percentiles and admission eligibility are defined by the applicable prospectus and may vary by category and course. Qualifying the entrance test does not by itself guarantee a seat. Rank, choice preferences, reservation/category rules, eligibility verification and available seats affect allocation. The result applies to the specified admission session; check official rules for validity and any subsequent counselling rounds.
