NATA Cutoff 2027: Qualifying Score and Admission Trends
There is no single all-India NATA admission cutoff that guarantees a B.Arch seat. CoA's examination qualification and each state counselling authority or institution's admission merit rules are separate. NATA 2027 cutoff and counselling benchmarks have not been published.
What determines an admission cutoff?
- Number of eligible applicants and their NATA scores or percentiles.
- Available seats, institution preferences and counselling rounds.
- State or institutional admission rules, including whether merit uses raw score, percentile or a combination.
- Reservation/category rules and applicable qualifying-examination marks.
- Whether seats remain after centralized admission rounds.
Qualifying benchmark versus admission cutoff
The 2026 CoA brochure prescribed no minimum raw score for qualifying and treated the final scorecard with a non-zero percentile as a valid qualifying NATA score. This is not an admission guarantee. It also described Phase 1 score use for Centralized Admission Process counselling and Phase 2 testing for vacant seats after CAP. Read the 2027 brochure and the relevant counselling authority's information bulletin for binding criteria.
Category-wise trends
CoA does not publish one universal category-wise admission cutoff for all architecture colleges. Any category trend must be tied to a named state, institution, year and counselling round. Compare official allotment or merit lists on that authority's website; do not apply an unverified national threshold to every candidate.
