How to book a slot and download the admit card

1. Open the current-cycle link from the official VITEEE portal.
2. Sign in to OTBS with the application number and password or credentials specified by VIT.
3. Select an available test date, time and city, then confirm the booking. VIT’s 2026 FAQ said a booked slot and submitted test city could not be changed.
4. After the slot is confirmed, download and print the admit card from the candidate portal.
5. Recheck the official notice for any changes to the 2027 process.

Verify these details

• Candidate name, photograph and application or registration number.
• Exam date, reporting time, test city, centre address and test slot.
• Any identity, photograph or reporting instructions printed on the hall ticket.
• Contact the official helpdesk promptly if a detail is incorrect; do not alter the admit card yourself.

Exam-day documents

Carry the printed admit card and the original, valid photo identification document specified in the current VIT instructions. Follow the centre’s rules for permitted items; do not assume phones, calculators or personal notes are allowed. Keep any required photograph or supporting document only if the current admit card or prospectus requests it.
