Kailash Institute of Health & Medical Sciences K.I.H.M.S. College of Nursing, Vill-Chandikotla, Distt- Panchkula, Haryana under the management of Shiva Educational Society for Health & Medical Activities SESHMA is one of the most prestigious colleges in this region. It was started in 2002 and 12 batches of GNM and 13 batches of ANM and 4 batches of Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing and 3 batches of Basic B.Sc. Nursing have passed out with 100% success.

The institute, now upgraded to the level of college of nursing, has been affiliated with the Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. This college is situated in a calm, peaceful and scenic location with ample of fresh air. This college has a magnificent building with spacious classrooms, well equipped laboratories, computer lab etc. as per INC norms. Before exposure to the real situations in hospitals, student nurses are imparted practical training in the labs and demonstration rooms. The Clinical Training of students is conducted in Govt. Hospitals and reputed Pvt. Hospitals. Community health training is provided in both Urban and Rural areas.

The college provides decent Hostel accommodation to the student nurse with good hygienic facilities, pure drinking water, well lit airy rooms and spacious mess. There is provision for indoor as well as outdoor games. These are also many recreational facilities provided. The library is enriched with ample number of books, reference books, magazines, journals etc. covering all aspects of Nursing Education per se to facilitate comprehensive study in nursing. The college also has a good strength of experienced faculty and staff. The management constantly maintains a hospitable and comfortable stay for the students.
