GMAT Appointment Confirmation & Exam-Day Checklist
GMAT candidates schedule an appointment through their official GMAC account; there is no common annual admit-card release date. Follow the confirmation and check-in instructions issued for the specific test-centre or online appointment.
How to access your appointment details
- Go to the official GMAT registration portal.
- Sign in with the account used to book the test and open the appointment details.
- Save or print the appointment confirmation if instructed.
- For a test centre, verify its address, local start time and reporting/check-in time. For an online exam, review the system test, room and check-in requirements.
- Contact GMAC promptly if your appointment or identity details are incorrect.
Items to verify before test day
- Your registered name matches the identification document exactly.
- Date, start time, time zone, test mode and location are correct.
- Current ID, check-in, security and permitted-item rules for your country and delivery mode.
- For online delivery, device, operating system, camera, microphone, network and room requirements pass the official system check.
Exam-day documents
Bring the original, valid identification specifically accepted by GMAC for your country and appointment. A passport may be required for some candidates or locations; do not rely on a general checklist in place of GMAC's current country-specific ID policy. For online testing, have the required ID ready for check-in and remove prohibited materials from the room.
